Role Overview: As a Senior Product Manager, you will be instrumental in optimizing user experiences to transform visitors into engaged customers. Your focus will include improving onboarding processes and refining conversion pathways to maximize customer lifetime value.

Main Responsibilities:

Oversee the product development lifecycle for user acquisition and conversion from initial concept through to launch and refinement.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering and marketing, to enhance the onboarding experience and streamline conversion processes.
Analyze user behavior metrics, identify conversion challenges, and propose solutions to improve acquisition and conversion rates.
Create and implement A/B tests and growth initiatives to validate hypotheses and uncover impactful opportunities.
Coordinate with marketing to align product initiatives with user acquisition strategies and enhance the overall user journey.
Monitor and report on conversion metrics, using data-driven insights to inform ongoing product development.
Collect user feedback to continuously improve features, onboarding, and overall app experience.
