We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Growth and Marketing Officer to spearhead customer acquisition, audience expansion, and marketing initiatives across our digital platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy & Execution: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives, aiming to boost brand visibility and customer acquisition.
Lead Generation & Business Growth: Create and execute programs that yield qualified leads while optimizing marketing funnels for improved conversion rates.
Email Marketing: Develop and manage email campaigns aimed at engaging prospects, including audience segmentation and performance analysis.
Content Management: Establish and oversee a content calendar, ensuring coherent messaging and brand representation across channels.
Social Media & Community Management: Manage social media activities and maintain vibrant engagement within online communities, particularly on Telegram.
Campaign Management: Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Leadership & Collaboration: Lead marketing initiatives by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment in achieving goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field (preferred)
2–4 years of experience in Growth or Digital Marketing
Proficient in email marketing, lead generation, and content management
Experience with social media platforms and community engagement
Strong communication and leadership skills
Analytical mindset and project management abilities
