A rapidly advancing data infrastructure firm is in search of an enthusiastic Social Media Manager to enhance its daily presence across various platforms. Your role will focus on content distribution, engaging with audiences, and fostering community growth, ultimately driving brand recognition into substantial inbound demand.

Main Responsibilities:

Strategically plan and post content daily and weekly on platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Instagram using social media management tools.
Promptly engage with comments, messages, and mentions within 4 working hours on business days, maintaining brand consistency.
Create tailored content strategies for each platform that align with the marketing calendar and leverage trending topics.
Track social media metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, click-through rates) and generate weekly reports to enhance lead generation and profile visits.
Collaborate with the Content Marketer to adapt long-form content and work with the Brand Designer to create visual assets.
Effectively manage and nurture an engaged online community to foster loyalty.

Requirements:

3 to 5 years of experience managing business social media accounts with a proven track record in engagement and audience growth.
Excellent copywriting and communication skills, able to convey a professional and relatable brand voice.
Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
Ability to adapt complex content for different platforms while adhering to character limits.
Commitment to maintaining consistent posting schedules across all channels.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in managing social media for B2B or tech brands.
Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva) for quick asset creation.
Familiarity with paid social media strategies, including LinkedIn and Meta Ads.
