WellTheory is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Client Success Manager to cultivate and maintain lasting relationships with our enterprise clients as we expand. In this role, you will manage daily client interactions, ensuring outstanding service while enhancing engagement, retention, and measurable results. Acting as a strategic advisor to client stakeholders—including HR, benefits, wellness, and medical directors—you will align their objectives with successful partnership outcomes. This position involves collaboration with various teams, including Sales, Product, Operations, Engineering, and Care, and reports directly to the Co-founder of Operations.

Main Responsibilities:

Foster trusted relationships with client stakeholders, serving as a strategic advisor.
Enhance utilization and engagement with WellTheory’s programs.
Provide data-driven business reviews, offering insights and recommendations.
Facilitate contract renewals and identify opportunities for growth.
Proactively address and resolve client concerns with urgency.
Contribute to the development of playbooks and best practices as the Client Success function evolves.

Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in enterprise client success or account management, preferably in digital health or B2B2C sectors.
Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills with clients across all levels.
Ability to transform data into actionable insights that drive client decisions.
Strong project management skills and the ability to navigate complexity.
Hands-on, entrepreneurial spirit with a capacity for both strategic and tactical execution.
Creative problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a remote work environment.

Spending time in person is a key part of building relationships, so this position will include travel as necessary and the ideal candidate should be willing to travel anywhere between 20-30% based on location.
