Role Overview: We are in search of a dedicated and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience across various digital platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

Design and enhance user interfaces for both web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to guide design choices.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively convey design ideas.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to realize designs.
Maintain consistency with brand and design system standards.
Utilize data and feedback to continuously improve user experiences.
Keep abreast of the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in UI/UX design or similar roles.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
Exceptional visual design skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
A portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects and design methodologies.
