Arizona State University is looking for a dedicated Coordinator to enhance the experience of Mastercard Foundation Scholars enrolled in ASU's online graduate programs through Kepler College in Kigali, Rwanda. This role involves providing virtual advising, implementing support services, and developing online strategies to promote academic excellence, leadership growth, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and facilitating key programs, including orientations and summer experiences, in collaboration with the Program Manager.
Act as the main contact for online graduate Scholars, advising them on academic progress and coordinating necessary support.
Lead discussions and activities that foster critical thinking and a sense of community.
Coordinate logistics for both virtual and in-person program components.
Encourage student participation in ASU's volunteer and social innovation initiatives.
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports related to program data and budgets.
Serve as a liaison among students, faculty, and external partners to ensure comprehensive support services.

Qualifications:

A Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Must be an alumnus of the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program.
Ability to work independently and reside in Africa.

Preferred Experience:

Background in online education, instructional design, or scholarship program management.
Familiarity with youth initiatives in Sub-Saharan Africa.
