Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of visual identity for client branding initiatives, transforming strategic insights into compelling identity systems.
Collaborate with the Project Director and brand strategists to create clear creative directions through tools like mood boards.
Facilitate creative processes, including brainstorming sessions, rapid prototyping, and design refinement.
Design and enhance visual identity elements such as logos, typography, color schemes, and iconography.
Present design concepts confidently, articulating the rationale behind choices and guiding stakeholders through decision-making.
Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure project timelines are met.
Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to maintain high standards.
Oversee detail-oriented execution, documentation, and client handover processes.
Contribute to FourthCanvas’s branding efforts, including proposals and marketing materials.

Requirements:

Strong creative vision with an eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
Technical proficiency across various design tools, with experience in adjacent disciplines like motion or illustration preferred.
A passion for continuous learning and improvement.
Ability to consider diverse perspectives and collaborate effectively.
