Role Overview: We are seeking a Product Marketing Associate who specializes in growth marketing, marketing automation, and campaign implementation. This position is responsible for managing the user journey from initial awareness to activation and conversion, while also assisting with everyday marketing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and refine automated marketing journeys utilizing email, WhatsApp, SMS, and CRM systems.
Plan and launch comprehensive growth-oriented marketing campaigns.
Create and oversee content that fosters awareness, education, and conversion.
Craft clear and engaging messaging that articulates Blumefy’s products and migration options.
Enhance lead nurturing processes, follow-ups, and re-engagement strategies to boost conversion rates.
Assist in the rollout of integrated campaigns for product, service, and country launches.
Monitor and analyze funnel and campaign metrics, making data-driven optimizations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in product, growth, or performance marketing.
Exceptional skills in content creation and messaging.
Solid understanding of marketing channels and conversion strategies.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently in a dynamic startup environment.
