Position Summary: We are seeking a Lead Product Designer who will take charge of design outcomes in intricate client projects, guiding product experiences from initial concept to final delivery. This senior role emphasizes leadership through influence, clarity, and craftsmanship.

Main Responsibilities:

Oversee the complete product design process for sophisticated mobile applications and digital products.
Lead design efforts across various platforms, including iOS, Android, and responsive web.
Convert research insights and technical requirements into clear and scalable product experiences.
Create and validate ideas through flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and clients to align goals and expectations.

Produce user-centered designs that are intuitive and scalable.
Drive clarity and decisiveness in complex problem-solving situations.
Enhance design quality through meticulous craftsmanship and usability.

Qualifications:

6–10+ years of experience in product or UX design, with a track record of managing complex projects.
Ability to thrive in uncertain environments while providing clarity.
Design decisions rooted in user research and context.
Strong collaboration, communication, and influence skills.
A commitment to high-quality outcomes, balancing refinement with practicality.
