Our flagship offering, USDe, is a synthetic dollar supported by digital assets, achieving remarkable growth from zero to $15 billion in just 18 months. We also provide iUSDe for traditional financial institutions and USDtb, a fiat-backed stablecoin developed with BlackRock. As we expand our product lines, we seek a dedicated Staff/Senior Security Engineer to enhance our security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of our signing and treasury security protocols.
Ensure robust verification processes between operator actions and on-chain confirmations.
Manage and enhance the address and contract allowlist, ensuring compliance before any approvals.
Monitor wallets and custodial accounts, integrating with incident-response workflows.
Conduct technical reviews of new protocol integrations, maintaining an updated risk register.
Collaborate with Finance on automated reconciliation between blockchain activities and accounting.
Create comprehensive documentation for auditors and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Expertise in Solidity and EVM, with the ability to analyze contracts independently.
Experience with Gnosis Safe, Coinbase Prime, and other custodial solutions.
Familiarity with DeFi protocols and risk management.
Strong communication skills to convey technical risks to non-technical teams.
Proactive, self-driven, and capable of producing high-quality documentation.
