Requirements:
- Fluency in French, Haoussa, Zarma, and additional local languages.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role (customer service or call center).
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
Preferred Qualities: Strong initiative, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset. Experience in mobile wallet services is a plus.
