Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year in customer support or client services.
- Proficient in French, Moorรฉ, and Dioula.
- Available to work outside standard hours.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Education: Baccalaureate + 2 years higher education.
- Experience in mobile money or banking is a plus.
