Role Summary: As a Data Analyst, you will support the Associate Manager in managing data, identifying and resolving issues, and implementing departmental strategies. We seek a detail-oriented and proactive individual skilled in both strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure surveys and allocate field agents using our in-house data collection tools.
- Conduct data quality checks according to standard operating procedures.
- Assist the support desk and field staff with effective communication.
- Analyze data to identify project risks and issues.
- Keep the manager updated with regular reports and suggestions for solutions.
- Draft training materials and assist in survey creation.
- Train field staff on new systems and evaluate their effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in an NGO or similar environment.
- Proficient in statistical analysis tools, Python, R, and preferably SQL.
- Excellent communication skills and experience with mobile data collection technologies.
