Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of user journeys to uncover growth opportunities.
- Refine product hypotheses and establish measurable success metrics.
- Design and implement A/B testing and evaluate feature impacts.
- Create and maintain Tableau dashboards for self-service reporting.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure metric consistency across the organization.
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for product and business stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Data or Product Analyst.
- Proficient in SQL and experience with BI tools, preferably Tableau.
- Solid understanding of product metrics and frameworks.
- Experience collaborating with Product Managers to define success criteria.
- Intermediate skills in English (written and spoken).
