Position Summary: We are seeking Emerging Markets Data Analysts to aid in the expansion and consolidation of our data coverage in key areas. Main Responsibilities:
- Identify, gather, and validate data on startups and investors across emerging markets.
- Enhance data accuracy and coverage in targeted regions while maintaining internal quality standards.
- Analyze investment trends and ecosystem dynamics to produce insightful reports and visuals.
- Support thematic research by conducting desk research and preparing for interviews.
- Collaborate with a diverse team across different regions to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in economics, data science, or a related field.
- Strong interest in emerging markets and demonstrated data handling skills.
- Exceptional analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus.
- Additional language skills (Spanish, French, Portuguese, Mandarin, Arabic) are advantageous.
