Job Overview
We are seeking a Brand Designer to join our Brand Design team and help to express the Tailscale brand across various platforms including marketing and internal projects. This full-time position requires availability during standard working hours.

Main Responsibilities

• Enhance brand presence across different channels.
• Utilize Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign to create organized and clean design files.
• Produce high-quality assets for web, social media, presentations, and campaigns while adhering to brand standards.
• Manage production tasks such as preparing print files and exporting digital assets.
• Adapt designs for various formats ensuring clarity and consistency.
• Contribute to a scalable design system by organizing components and templates.
• Create diagrams and visuals that simplify complex concepts into user-friendly graphics.
• Collaborate effectively in a remote-first environment, maintaining open communication with team members across time zones.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, with motion design skills in After Effects being a plus.
• Strong design fundamentals and experience with responsive layouts.
• Excellent communication skills for remote teamwork.
• Detail-oriented with organized file management practices.
• Curiosity about technology.
