Accountant

We are looking for a meticulous and dependable Accountant to oversee the financial operations of CryptoGoddess and SugarBox. This position demands a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic, transaction-driven setting, with substantial experience in cryptocurrency dealings. The successful candidate will uphold financial precision, transparency, and timely reporting for both companies while ensuring the utmost integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transaction Management: Record and track daily transactions, including customer payments, refunds, and supplier transactions for both entities, ensuring accurate data capture and categorization.
• Account Reconciliation & Profit Monitoring: Regularly reconcile accounts to verify accuracy and track profits, identifying performance trends.
• Store Credit Management: Oversee store credits, ensuring clarity in balances and transaction reconciliations.
• Financial Record Keeping: Maintain current and precise financial records for both organizations, ensuring proper documentation.
• Reporting & Analysis: Generate and present daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports, highlighting discrepancies and areas for improvement.
• Compliance & Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve transaction discrepancies promptly, ensuring compliance with financial controls.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
• 2–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Extensive knowledge of cryptocurrency operations is essential
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in spreadsheets and financial tracking tools
