- Assist in month-end activities, including balance sheet reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate vendor information and documentation.
- Engage in ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Finance team.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable or finance operations.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and spend management tools.
- Strong communication skills, especially with non-finance colleagues.
- Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.
