Role Overview:

  • Prepare and present investment proposals to internal committees.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and development partners.
  • Represent BIO Invest at industry events and contribute insights on market trends.
  • Mentor junior team members and foster knowledge sharing.

Requirements:
Master's degree in Finance or Economics (CFA or CPA is advantageous), 5–6 years of investment experience in emerging markets, a proven track record in transaction execution, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. Permanent work authorization in Kenya is necessary, and willingness to travel up to 30% is required.
