Role Overview:

Main Responsibilities:
- Organizational Design: Collaborate with business leaders to refine team structures, facilitate organization health reviews, and support change management.
- Learning & Development: Work with L&D teams to identify training needs, track participation, and integrate learning insights into performance frameworks.
- Talent Management: Assist with career mapping, performance reviews, and succession planning to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
- Employer Branding: Partner with marketing to share authentic employee stories and promote Wave as an employer of choice.
Requirements:
Applicants should have 5-8 years in HR, talent management, or related fields, a degree in Business or HR, and fluency in French and English. Strong interpersonal skills, operational HR experience, and the ability to navigate diverse cultural environments are essential.
