Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Develop and maintain diverse talent pipelines through innovative sourcing methods and networking.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to tailor recruitment strategies that align with team needs and Wave’s values.
- Ensure our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) is accurate and provides valuable insights.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as a cultural ambassador, ensuring candidates align with Wave’s values throughout their experience.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a high-growth international company.
- Strong communication skills in both English and French.
- Experience with online networking tools and ATS software, ideally Greenhouse.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Familiarity with the recruitment landscape in Côte d’Ivoire or West Africa is preferred.
