- Extensive experience in employee relations and employment law, preferably with a background in Sub-Saharan Africa or Europe.
- Strong skills in conducting workplace investigations and advising on legal risks.
- A degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or Psychology, along with an IHRM Certificate.
- Proficiency in using HR data for operational enhancements.
