Main Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to define needs and create strategies for swift, high-quality hiring.
- Enhance candidate experiences, embodying Waveโs mission and culture.
- Continuously refine recruitment processes, addressing challenges and implementing effective solutions.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor recruitment metrics and improve decision-making.
- Ensure accurate data management in our ATS (Greenhouse) for reporting and insights.
- Promote inclusive hiring practices to build diverse, high-performing teams.
- Mentor junior recruiters, strengthening the Talent function in the region.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in-house in Africa.
- Proven success in hiring for various roles, with a strong understanding of the DRC talent market.
- Fluency in both French and English.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with comfort in metrics and KPIs.
