Marketing Associate

Role Overview: As the Marketing Associate at Bamboo Ghana, you will lead the charge in strategizing, implementing, and reporting on social media communications and community engagement efforts. Your role will involve developing communication materials for all Bamboo Ghana's social media channels and YouTube while fostering partnerships to enhance organic growth.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Head of Marketing Communications to create and execute comprehensive communication strategies.
• Organize both physical and digital events to promote Bamboo's brand narrative.
• Stay informed on trends to ensure Bamboo's messaging is relevant and timely.
• Work with marketing and customer support teams to address customer inquiries and manage crises.
• Create and curate engaging content for various platforms, including video scripts and social media posts.
• Develop a monthly content calendar and contribute to ongoing marketing strategies.
• Analyze media coverage and report on campaign effectiveness with actionable insights.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing communications or a related field.
• Proficient in writing and video production, with the ability to create compelling content.
• Strong project management skills, capable of working independently and collaborating with teams.
