Role Overview: We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to oversee our marketing operations stack, including HubSpot, Apollo, Freckle, and Segment. This position is pivotal in ensuring efficient lead routing, timely sequences, and data integrity within our CRM. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, youโll collaborate across various teams to optimize our marketing operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage HubSpot workflows, lead routing, and reporting.
- Oversee Apollo sequences and SDR queue management.
- Handle the Freckle data enrichment pipeline and maintain data quality.
- Develop a lead scoring model linked to product usage.
- Ensure seamless data flow between Segment and HubSpot.
- Create reliable dashboards for leadership insights.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations within a high-growth SaaS or PLG environment.
- Expertise in HubSpot, including complex system setups.
- Experience managing outbound tools like Apollo or Outreach.
- Familiarity with APIs and light scripting for integrations.
