Role Overview: We are in search of a detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to enhance our marketing initiatives and event management. This role is pivotal in ensuring our conferences, webinars, and campaigns are executed efficiently and punctually. You will collaborate closely with Sales and Customer teams to facilitate seamless program implementation, utilizing AI tools to optimize processes.

Main Responsibilities:

• Event Management: Coordinate logistics for conferences and in-person events, manage booth bookings, and ensure timely submissions of necessary materials.
• Webinars & Campaigns: Organize digital programs by handling webinar logistics and promotional communications.
• Content Distribution: Repurpose marketing content to maximize outreach through blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
• AI Tools Utilization: Employ AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency and quality control.
• Operational Support: Maintain marketing trackers, support performance reporting, and ensure data integrity in CRM systems.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or program management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written communication skills and a proactive approach.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
