- Manage paid advertising on platforms like Google Ads and Meta, focusing on budgets, audience targeting, and optimization.
- Conduct testing for paid campaigns and ensure landing pages align with marketing efforts.
- Analyze funnel stages to identify drop-offs and implement conversion rate optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales and RevOps on lead quality and routing.
- Oversee tracking and attribution processes, including dashboards and data quality assurance.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Hands-on experience with Google and Meta advertising.
- Strong analytical skills to link channel performance with pipeline results.
- Excellent communication and prioritization abilities.
