As a Performance Marketing Manager within the Growth Marketing team in the Consumer & Business group, you will lead Coinbase's global performance marketing initiatives, managing substantial ad budgets across various channels, including paid search and paid social, to acquire new users while meeting ROI targets. You will implement data-driven acquisition strategies that enhance our customer base and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies across global paid performance channels to meet user acquisition goals.
- Conduct rigorous testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies, translating insights into scalable playbooks.
- Collaborate with Data Science to design measurement frameworks connecting channel performance to business outcomes.
- Manage relationships with platforms like Google, Meta, and TikTok to explore growth opportunities.
- Build performance dashboards and reports, highlighting insights and opportunities for leadership.
- Work cross-functionally with various teams, including Product Marketing and Engineering.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of performance marketing experience with a strong background in paid search and social.
- Proven success managing large media budgets and improving user acquisition efficiency.
- Experience with automation tools and BI platforms.
- Full-funnel measurement expertise, particularly in B2C, fintech, or crypto.
