Social Media Manager

This position focuses on amplifying our content, transforming it into engaging formats for social media to enhance follower and subscriber growth for both Fahad's personal channels and Hue's brand. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in social media management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transform existing content into impactful social media posts, carousels, and brief copy for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Edit and format video content for multi-platform distribution.
• Create a comprehensive content calendar, ensuring all posts are scheduled in advance.
• Design static graphics and visual assets for social media needs.
• Analyze performance data to identify successful content strategies and propose data-driven recommendations.
• Drive audience growth as a primary goal, ensuring all efforts support this objective.
• Proactively monitor and adjust strategies based on performance insights.

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in social media management, preferably with a personal brand or media company.
• Demonstrated success in audience growth, with quantifiable results.
• Proficiency in Adobe Express or similar design tools.
• Familiarity with YouTube and LinkedIn content strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and organizational abilities.

Engagement Details: Freelance/contract, part-time, fully remote; $35–55/hr based on experience.
