- Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly targets for revenue, activity, and conversion rates.
- Provide valuable market insights to enhance sales strategies, product positioning, and market approaches.
- Prepare performance reports and deal evaluations for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure low churn rates by fostering ongoing customer relationships post-sale.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Sales/Account Executive, preferably in a startup setting.
- Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot and prospecting tools such as Lusha or Sales Navigator.
- Strong cold-calling skills with a track record of successful demos and closing.
- Data-driven, proactive, and adaptable to new sales techniques.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Remote-ready setup including a capable laptop/desktop and stable internet connection.
