About the Role:
We are seeking an AI Operations Manager to enhance the quality and efficiency of Storyteller’s AI tools. This pivotal role within our AI Operations team focuses on ensuring that our AI systems are reliable, well-configured, and continuously evolving. The ideal candidate will keep pace with the rapidly changing AI landscape and translate insights into actionable operational improvements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the configuration and reliability of AI tools and platforms.
- Support the AI Operations team during changes to tools and capabilities.
- Establish and refine operational standards for AI tooling usage and monitoring.
- Identify areas for improvement within the AI setup and collaborate on scalable solutions.
- Enhance visibility around AI tool configurations and performance metrics.
- Communicate findings to leadership regarding AI tooling efficacy and necessary adjustments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing technical platforms, preferably with AI tools.
- Strong ownership of operational outcomes with excellent technical judgment.
- Adept at navigating fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
- Ability to prioritize technical trade-offs and implement improvements decisively.
- Effective communication skills with a focus on operational clarity.
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI tools and their rapid evolution.
