About the Role: We are seeking an AI Operations Manager to enhance the operational quality, reliability, and effectiveness of Storyteller’s AI tools. This position is crucial within our AI Operations team and focuses on ensuring that our AI platforms, workflows, and configurations are well-managed and consistently improving. As AI technology evolves rapidly, we need a proactive individual who can adapt to these changes, understand their impact on our business, and implement operational enhancements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the configuration and reliability of Storyteller’s AI tools.
- Support the AI Operations team in adapting to changes in AI tools and platforms.
- Establish and enhance operational standards for AI tool usage and monitoring.
- Identify and address inefficiencies in the AI tooling setup.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize AI tools and reduce friction points.
- Provide insights to leadership regarding AI tooling performance and necessary adjustments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing technical platforms, particularly AI tools.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for operational results.
- Excellent technical judgment regarding AI configurations and dependencies.
- Ability to make decisive decisions in dynamic environments.
- Track record of successfully implementing operational improvements.
