Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Management: Engage daily with members in the OWN Facebook group, facilitate new member integration, and maintain a content schedule to enhance community growth.
  • Member Outreach: Drive member growth via outreach, identify potential members, and encourage participation in events.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain CRM records, manage tasks using Slack and Trello, and oversee operational needs as they arise.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and promoting events, boost attendance through personal outreach, and track engagement metrics.
  • Content Management: Distribute content across platforms to enhance visibility and engage with similar communities.

About You:

  • Passionate about supporting women in business.
  • Experience in community management or virtual assistant roles.
