Community Manager (Online & Brand Engagement)

This is a remote Community Manager role focused on building and managing an engaged online audience for a brand across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and email communities.
Core Focus:
You will be responsible for creating meaningful engagement, responding to community interactions, and maintaining a consistent and authentic brand voice online.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and engage with the brandโs online community across social platforms
- Respond to comments, DMs, and audience inquiries in a timely and on-brand way
- Monitor conversations, trends, and audience sentiment
- Help grow community engagement and loyalty
- Support content distribution by actively engaging with posts
- Gather and escalate feedback or recurring audience concerns
- Collaborate with the team on campaigns and messaging
- Create engagement activities (polls, prompts, discussions, challenges)
- Track engagement performance and provide insights
- Maintain a consistent, welcoming brand presence
Requirements:
- Experience in community management, social media, or digital engagement
- Strong written communication and ability to adapt tone
- Good understanding of social media platforms and engagement strategies
- Emotional intelligence and ability to manage conversations well
- Ability to multitask across platforms
- Availability during CST/EST working hours
- Bonus: experience with creator or coaching-based communities
