Main Responsibilities:
- Enhance user growth through strategic distribution and acquisition initiatives.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to align on growth opportunities.
- Improve distribution methodologies by working with product and engineering teams.
- Manage agent operations, including acquisition and liquidity.
- Lead and cultivate a high-performing team, promoting a culture of innovation.
- Oversee KPIs to align with business objectives and uphold Wave's values.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of senior leadership experience in user acquisition or operations within mobile money, fintech, telecoms, or tech.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
- Strong interpersonal and sales skills.
- Proven ability to analyze marketing strategies and optimize customer acquisition costs.
