Position Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our fully remote Crypto team, reporting to the Global Director of Crypto Operations. This role involves vital operational oversight and customer support within the cryptocurrency sector.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily customer activity and conduct surveillance.
- Manage operational tasks, including trading, account setups, and cash management.
- Execute cryptocurrency trades and handle exceptions.
- Assist in customer onboarding, including KYC processes.
- Review and reconcile discrepancies in general ledger accounts.
- Support Anti-Money Laundering initiatives.
- Drive improvements in workflows and communication with stakeholders.
- Complete additional projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in financial services, trading, or cryptocurrency operations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong detail orientation and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset in a fast-paced environment.
