Main Responsibilities:
- Engage with at least 100 customers daily via phone to promote Turaco products while delivering outstanding service.
- Follow up on initial sales leads and adjust sales scripts to cater to customer needs.
- Provide clear explanations of product features and address customer inquiries efficiently.
- Register new customers and manage data entry as required.
- Initiate and process claims, ensuring effective communication with all parties involved.
- Uphold high standards of customer service and exceed operational metrics.
Qualifications:
- College diploma or Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience in telesales, call center, or retail preferred.
- Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
