- Monitor account health, usage, and engagement to identify areas for improvement and expansion.
- Provide chat support for quick client inquiries, ensuring prompt resolutions.
- Address client questions and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
- Keep accurate and current account information in the CRM system.
- Work with cross-functional teams to relay feedback, resolve client issues, and follow up with development for enhancements.
- Support renewal and retention efforts by fostering strong, trust-based client relationships.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or related fields.
- 2–4 years of experience in account management or client relationship roles, ideally within SaaS or technology sectors.
- Experience with ticketing systems and live chat support.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, customer-centric approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
