  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or related fields.
  • 2–4 years of experience in account management or client relationship roles, ideally within SaaS or technology sectors.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and live chat support.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, customer-centric approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
