Minimum of 2 years in Customer Success or Account Management within a SaaS context. Strong understanding of best practices in Customer Success and excellent communication skills to engage with all organizational levels. Proficient in simplifying complex issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Hands-on experience with Salesforce is essential.
