- Respond to inquiries with clarity and empathy.
- Follow established workflows and escalation procedures consistently.
- Document and categorize tickets accurately.
- Identify and escalate significant technical issues to senior staff.
- Contribute to knowledge base updates and participate in trend reviews.
- Collaborate on social media escalations and maintain quality assurance standards.
Requirements:
- Must be a recent graduate of an ALX Program.
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in structured environments.
- Familiarity with ticketing tools like Freshdesk or Zendesk is a plus.
