Main Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a continental community strategy to connect learners and alumni.
- Collaborate with regional teams to stimulate community engagement in existing and new markets.
- Oversee the Community Experience team, ensuring meaningful initiatives for learners and alumni.
- Lead the Rewards & Recognition program to incentivize community participation.
- Manage Alumni Relations to maintain long-term connections with graduates.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in community building, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in education, technology, or professional networks preferred.
- Proven ability to design scalable community programs across regions.
- Strong strategic and operational skills.
