Role Overview
The Learning Team Intern will be instrumental in enhancing the learner experience by offering support from enrollment to graduation. This position involves engaging with students, tracking their progress, and collaborating with team members to ensure the success of the programs. Note that this internship is in-person.
Main Responsibilities
- Guide learners through their program journey, assisting with onboarding.
- Monitor learner progress and address challenges proactively.
- Support data collection and report on learner milestones.
- Coordinate engagement campaigns across various channels.
- Organize events to foster community engagement.
Requirements
