Role Overview
As a Learning Community Experience Intern, you will assist in boosting learner engagement and retention within both physical and virtual environments. Your responsibilities will include:
- Executing initiatives to enhance community participation and event planning.
- Providing support to at-risk learners and facilitating onboarding.
- Managing communication across various platforms to ensure clarity on events and opportunities.
- Analyzing feedback and participation metrics to identify improvement areas.
Requirements
Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in Communications, Education, or related fields, and experience in community support or event coordination. Strong communication skills and organizational abilities are essential.
