Requirements:
- 6+ years in CRM or lifecycle marketing, preferably in high-frequency engagement sectors.
- Proven experience in building CRM systems and designing customer journeys.
- Hands-on proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Braze, CleverTap).
- Ability to focus on business outcomes such as LTV growth and retention rates.
- Experience in conducting rigorous experiments with clear success criteria.
