- Upload multiple folders of video assets to Vocal’s Digital Asset Manager, in line with editorial needs and current news cycles.
- Maintain regular communication with managers and colleagues via a Slack channel.
- Complete research sprint tasks promptly by the end of each sprint.
Research & Cataloguing:
- Source, log, and tag pertinent content to enhance our multimedia library.
- Monitor breaking political news and market trends for quick-response coverage.
- Track viral content across various topics and build collections of evergreen and archival material.
Documentation & Collaboration:
- Review briefs and suggest relevant content for social media teams.
- Organize digital assets and maintain a searchable content database.
- Collaborate with Program Managers to support content creation and participate in strategy discussions.
Requirements
- Previous experience in operations, admin, tech, or digital media.
- Strong research capabilities and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with digital asset management systems is preferred.
