Main Responsibilities:
- Define and prioritize product strategies based on market insights and measurable outcomes.
- Lead and mentor the Product Team, establishing clear goals and accountability.
- Conduct competitive analysis and understand customer preferences through win/loss evaluations.
- Implement user research practices, creating accurate user profiles and feedback mechanisms.
- Transition from feature-focused to outcome-driven roadmaps, documenting rationale effectively.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing for impactful user communication materials.
- Engage with engineering and research teams to ensure successful product execution.
- Represent the product at the executive level and contribute to overarching company strategy.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years in product management, with 4 in senior roles. Proven experience in scaling product functions in tech firms, expertise in user research and market analysis, and strong communication skills are essential. A background in blockchain technology is preferred.
