- Proficiency in UI animations and micro-interactions.
- Ability to balance speed and quality in project execution.
- Excellent communication skills to convey design rationale.
- Fluency in Figma and experience with vector illustrations.
- Familiarity with Adobe After Effects, Lottie animations, or Rive is a plus.
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
