The Role
We are in search of a Senior Product Designer to take charge of the complete product design process for our clients. You will oversee everything from initial discovery to user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, prototypes, and final developer handoff for both web and mobile platforms. Collaborating closely with our Project Manager, you will maintain direct communication with clients throughout the project timeline, ensuring high-quality outcomes while the PM manages the project flow. You should possess a founder’s mindset—practical, decisive, and focused on delivering results.
What You’ll Do
- Lead product design initiatives from inception to delivery.
- Design UI/UX for SaaS, mobile, and web products, from concept to launch.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
- Establish and uphold scalable design systems and component libraries.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and client throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work with developers to ensure designs are practical and ready for launch.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality.
What We’re Looking For
3–5+ years in product, UI, or UX design; proficiency in Figma; a portfolio showcasing launched web and mobile products; experience in agile, remote work; fluency in AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Figma; strong written English for effective communication.
