Position Summary
We are seeking a Product Manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of a product within our Automation Software range. You will spearhead a significant co-creation initiative that combines our existing Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Warehouse Control System (WCS) with sophisticated shuttle traffic management. Your role will focus on executing a successful pilot, identifying customer requirements, and aligning them with cross-portfolio development to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), particularly in throughput.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate co-creation sessions with customers to grasp operational needs and value propositions.
- Integrate WMS/WCS modules with shuttle traffic management to produce a high-performance pilot.
- Identify and validate essential product requirements, translating pilot insights into a long-term vision.
- Define user stories and manage Agile development cycles to hit technical and functional targets.
- Ensure a cohesive user experience across all phases, from modeling to monitoring.
- Coordinate cross-portfolio dependencies for seamless system integration.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of product management experience, preferably in Industrial Automation or Supply Chain Software.
- Successful track record in delivering complex control systems or industrial software.
- Experience in co-creation processes with B2B customers.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and product discovery techniques.
- Fluency in German and English.
