- Create scalable sales processes aimed at improving pipeline quality and revenue forecasting.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for performance evaluation.
- Ensure CRM accuracy and maintain pipeline visibility.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize lead flow.
- Forge and manage strategic partnerships to enhance revenue channels.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years in B2B sales with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage the complete sales cycle and build scalable pipelines.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.
- Experience in SaaS, technology, or creative services is advantageous.
