Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a personal portfolio of potential clients through direct outreach and referrals.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including presentations and handling objections.
  • Create and present proposals and pricing documents.
  • Master our value proposition and adjust strategies as market conditions change.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly and annual basis.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years in sales, with a proven record of exceeding quotas.
  • Experience in building a client base independently; strong prospecting skills are essential.
  • Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, particularly with C-level executives.
  • Familiarity with the health insurance sector is preferred, especially in Underwriting and Actuarial roles.
