Key Responsibilities:
- Produce top-quality original content demonstrating creativity and strong command of English.
- Evaluate and enhance the quality of both AI-generated and human-written content.
- Assess AI writing based on criteria like grammar and accuracy.
- Collaborate with delivery managers to optimize project strategies and share best practices.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to production teams as needed.
- Address escalations by identifying root causes and supporting recovery actions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English or Literature.
- Fluency in English at C1/C2 level with excellent grammar skills.
- Critical thinking and effective communication skills.
- Experience in creative writing or editing is preferred.
